What's the role?

We’re looking for a commercially driven individual that is excited by the prospect of driving incremental value for our community of boutiques. Sitting in the commercial team, the right candidate will have the opportunity to not just influence the sales of Trouva but the sales of hundreds of boutiques across multiple countries. This is a new function that offers an unique opportunity to scope out a bar raising role for themselves and the business - think big! The role will have a lot of exposure to the senior team and Founders at Trouva.

We’re not content with boutiques just joining and making a few sales. We want to take our boutiques to the next level by making use of our data, the tools we develop and our partnerships to drive truly incremental commercial value for our shops. This could be in the form of a new tool that helps to forecast how much stock they should be buying for the season ahead, a partnership that saves them thousands every year or it could be something we haven’t even thought of today!
